The Weller WD2 is a digital 160w/120v dual channel soldering power station unit. This unit features three freely programmable temperature preset buttons that allow for quick and easy temperature changes. Temperature range is from 150 Degree F to 850 Degree F. The large high contrast LCD display provides more information at a glance. Power station has ° F/° C switching allowing the temperature display to read in either ° F or ° C. Unit also features setback time and auto/off time programming of 1-99 minutes before temperature settings go back to idle mode, or station automatically powers down. In addition, unit features temperature lockout so supervisor can easily set a temperature that cannot be changed by the operator. As well as, temperature standby which allows the selection of a desired setback temperature down to 200 Degree F. And, temperature offset which allows the display temperature to be adjusted +/- 72 Degree F when working with higher mass tips, where the temperature reading can be affected by the mass of the tip.
